【摘要】 [目的]观察α-硫辛酸对糖尿病神经性足溃疡的疗效。[方法]随机选择28例2型糖尿病神经性足溃疡的患者,应用α-硫辛酸观察创面愈合情况,并与25例对照进行比较。[结果]α-硫辛酸组创面愈合总有效率96.4%高于对照组88.9%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]α-硫辛酸可明显改善2型糖尿病神经性足溃疡。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of α-lipoic acid on the treatment of diabetic neuropathic foot ul-cer.[Methods] 28 type 2 diabetic patients with neuropathic foot ulcers were randomly selected and treated with α-lipoic acid as well as compared to 25 patients in control group.[Results] The total healing rate of wound treated byα-lipoic acid was 96.4% which was significantly higher than that in control group with the rate of 88.9%(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion] α-lipoic acid could be an effective therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetic neuropathic foot ulcer.更多还原
