【摘要】 [目的]探讨硒对柯萨奇病毒感染所致的小鼠急性病毒性心肌炎发生中心肌损伤及死亡率的影响。[方法]昆明种小鼠常规和补硒喂养4周后,腹腔接种柯萨奇B3病毒,观察各组小鼠不同时间点心肌的病变情况、GSH-PX的活性以及21d小鼠的死亡情况。[结果]感染后7～14d的心肌病变最重,补硒组小鼠的心肌病理积分明显低于病毒对照组(P﹤0.05);GSH-PX的活性高于病毒对照组(P﹤0.05);补硒组小鼠的死亡率低于病毒对照组。[结论]适量的补硒能减轻柯萨奇病毒感染所致的心肌损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the effects of selenium on myocardial damage of mice infected with CVB3 and its mortality rate.[Methods] Healthy Kunming mice were fed with normal diets or selenium supplementation diets for four weeks.Then the CVB3 were inoculated into the abdominal cavity.The pathological changes of cardiac muscle at different time,the ac-tivity of GSH-PX and the mortality at the time of the 21th days were observed.[Results] After infection for 7 to 14 days,the pathological changes of myocardium showed to be the most serious,the grades of cardiac muscle of mice fed with selenium was significantly lower than the controls which were fed with normal diets(P﹤0.05),and the activity of GSH-PX was significantly higher(P﹤0.05),as well as the mortality showed significantly lower.[Conclusion] Proper selenium supplementation could significantly decrease the pathological changes of myocardium of mice induced by CVB3.更多还原
