【摘要】 [目的]通过对中小学生健康KAP(knowledge,attitudes,practices,KAP)相关性进行量化和趋势分析,为中小学生健康教育提供理论依据。[方法]通过问卷调查和相关分析,对郑州市2005年和1993年中小学生健康KAP相关性进行分析。[结果]2005年中小学生一般卫生KAP和青春期卫生KAP之间均存在一定相关性,且青春期卫生知识与行为之间的相关性相对较高;和1993年相比,2005年中小学生一般卫生KAP之间的相关性均有所下降。[结论]随着年龄的增长和社会的快速发展,其KAP影响因素变得复杂,导致KAP相关程度下降,因此,对中小学生健康教育必须从小、从严抓起,并常抓不懈。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To perform quantitative research and trend analysis of the health related knowledge,attitudes and practices in primary and middle school students,and to provide theoretic basis for health education in the primary and mid-dle school students.[Methods] Through the questionnaire survey and correlation analysis,researches were performed on the health related KAP in primary and middle school students in 2005 and in 1993.[Results] In 2005,there was association be-tween the general hygienic KAP and puberty hygienic KAP in primary and middle school students,what is more,great associa-tion was found between puberty hygienic knowledge and behaviors;When compared with the KAP of students in 1993,the as-sociation among the general hygienic KAP of students in primary and middle school showed to decrease.[Conclusion] With the growth of age and fast development of society,the factors which result in the decrease of KAP become more and more com-plicated.Therefore,we must strengthen the health education and grasp unremittingly since childhood.更多还原
