【摘要】 [目的]了解独立学院大学生心理健康状况及影响因素,探索切实有效的心理健康教育的方法。[方法]使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对800名大学生进行干预前后整群随机抽样,对调查结果采用分类比较的方法,比较不同状况间心理健康水平的差异,比较整群干预前后心理健康水平的差异。[结果]干预前独立学院大学生SCL-90总均分高于全国青年常模,除了人际关系因子其余各项指标均高于对照组。干预后独立学院大学生SCL-90总均分及各因子分均低于全国青年常模和干预前的结果。[结论]必须针对独立学院大学生存在的心理困惑,有的放矢的开展心理健康干预工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To analysis the status of mental health and its influencing factors,so as to explore the valid ed-ucation methods for the mental health.[Methods] 800 college students had been selected by cluster random sampling and in-vestigated by SCL-90.The mental health in different status was compared,and the mental health before and after intervention was also compared by category method.[Results] The total average score of SCL-90 of college students before intervention was significantly higher than the national norm,and the scores of other itemsexcept for the interpersonal relationship item was signif-icantly higher than those in controls.The total score and scores of SCL-90 items of college students after intervention showed to be significantly lower than national norm and those before intervention.[Conclusion] We must take intervenient measures for mental problems of students in secondary colleges.更多还原
