【摘要】 [目的]了解老年人认知功能的现状及老年人患病对认知功能的影响,作为今后社区健康教育和实施认知康复的依据。[方法]对唐山市城乡和男女老年人按照分层抽样的方法,应用简单智力状态检查法(MMSE)的中文译文进行评测。[结果]2283名老年人认知障碍患病率25.9%,患有高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、冠心病、脑血管疾病者、听力下降者、有疲劳感与头痛头晕者认知障碍的发生率高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]老年人认知障碍发生率较高,应给予针对性预防和治疗,减少或延缓认知障碍的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the current status of cognitive function among older people and the influence of older people’ s diseases on the cognitive function,so as to provide basis for community health education and the implementa-tion of cognitive rehabilitation.[Methods] Older people in Tangshan city and the countryside were recruited by stratified sam-pling method,and evaluated by the Chinese translation version of Minimental State Examination(MMSE).[Results] Among 2283 older people,25.9% of the older people had cognition barrier.People had contract hypertension,the high blood fats,di-abetes,coronary disease,the cerebrovascular disease,the hearing descender,and having the weary feeling and the headache dizziness presented more likely to suffer from cognitive function,there were significant difference between these older people and general older people,P ﹤ 0.05.[Conclusion] The incidence of cognitive function among older people was high,we should take measures to prevent and the treat the cognitive function so as to reduce cognitive function.更多还原
