【摘要】 [目的]分析影响贫困地区农民参合意愿变化的因素是为了进一步针对性解决当地农民参加新型合作医疗覆盖面的问题。[方法]进行入户调查,采用分层整群随机抽样法抽取3个乡镇3个相对贫困自然村,每村抽取70户,对农民参加新农合意愿进行调查并比较分析。[结果]该地区贫困农民参加合作医疗意愿出现下降的趋势,由调查对象的95.1%降低为88.6%,影响农民参合变化的影响因素中,住院门诊费用均报销过是保护因素,不定期公布报销情况是危险因素。[结论]为了深入树立农民参加合作医疗的信心,当地政府应加强新型农村合作医疗的宣传力度,加强对合作医疗基金的监管,并加强维护农民对基金使用结果的知情权。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To analyze the influencing factors of the changes of the farmer’s willingness to participate in New Rural Cooperative Medical System(NRCMS) so as to solve the problems of the NRCMS coverage among rural residents.[Methods] Three counties and poverty villages were selected by a stratified sampling method as well as 70 families were col-lected and investigated by in-home investigation.The willingness of rural residents to participate in NRCMS was also analyzed.[Results] The willingness to participate in NRCMS presented downtrend,the rate of participating in NRCMS decreased from 95.1% to 88.6%.To expense the cost of hospitalization was the protective factor for participating in NRCMS,while to aperiodi-cally publish the expense of cost was an risk factor.[Conclusion] In order to further strengthen the farmers’ confidence and faith in NRCMS,the local government should strengthen the propaganda of NRCMS,reinforce the supervision of NRCMS funds and protect the farmer’s rights to know the usage of NRCMS funds.更多还原
