【摘要】 [目的]了解成都市2型糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识知晓情况、健康相关行为及其影响因素。[方法]采用方便抽样的方法,选择成都市的528名2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。[结果]在所有研究对象中,有73.1%的患者对糖尿病知识有所了解;81.1%的患者坚持定期监测血糖,78.4%的患者在治疗的同时进行饮食控制;目前有吸烟习惯的患者占10.6%,目前有饮酒习惯的患者占2.8%,经常运动者有40.5%。[结论]研究对象对糖尿病相关知识的知晓率较高,大部分患者有较正确的行为和生活方式,但仍应进一步加强健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the situation about knowledge and practice of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chengdu City.[Methods] The questionnaire survey was conducted among 528 diabetes patients selected from four hospitals in Chengdu City by convenience sampling.[Results] 73.1% of patients knew the basic knowledge about diabetes;81.1% persisted in the inspection of blood sugar and 78.4% controlled diet;the rate of smoking,drinking and doing permanent exercises was 10.6%,2.8% and 40.5% respectively.[Conclusion] Most of diabetes patients know the basic knowledge about diabetes,and have the correct practice.The health education should be strengthened further.更多还原
