【摘要】 [目的]了解绵阳市MSM人群性行为现状,为制订防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]采用RDS对MSM人群进行招募和自填式匿名调查。[结果]共调查201人,以中高文化、非体力劳动、未婚、中等收入的本地年轻人为主,同性恋占75.6%,BI占13.4%,最近6个月:MB性行为占16.4%,每次使用安全套为39.3%;BF性行为占68.2%,每次使用安全套为24.8%;419性行为占37.8%,每次使用安全套为30.3%;不同人口学背景、不同类性伴安全套使用频率差异无统计学意义。在不同条件下对安全套使用的主观态度有信心为49.1%,半年STD感染率为29.9%,与人口学特征无相关性,与不同性伴性行为安全套使用频率无相关性(近1次BF除外),与每次安全套坚持使用与否差异显著。[结论]绵阳市MSM人群性生活状态复杂,不安全性行为普遍,STD感染率高,存在AIDS流行的潜在威胁,应针对性加大防治力度,大力开展安全性行为促进活动,减少AIDS感染的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To find out the actual sexual behavior of MSM group in Mianyang City,to offer scientific support to constitute prevention and cure measures.[Methods] Respond Driven Sampling(RDS) from respondents was performed to select the people whom belong to MSM group in order to finish anonymous self-administered questionnaires.[Results] The total 201 mainly included local young people with middle to high education levels,non-manual work,singlehood and the medium income,among which the gay accounted for 75.6% while the BI 13.4%.During the late six months:the sexual behavior of MB accounted for 16.4%,condom used each time 39.3%;for BF the rate was 68.2%,24.8% respectively;for 419 the rate was 37.8% and 30.3% respectively;frequencies of condom usage made no sense in statistics in the demography background and sexual partner.Under different conditions,49.1% was confident to use condom.The STD infection rate was 29.9% during half a year,which had no relation with the demography character either the condom usage frequency with different sex partners(except one BF),but had significant difference with whether to use condom every time.[Conclusion] The sexual life of MSM population in Mianyang City is complex.There were prevalent unsafe sexual behaviors,the high STD infection rate and the potential risk of the prevalence of AIDS.We should enforce prevention and cure measures,meanwhile safe sexual behaviors are encouraged vigorously to decrease the risk of AIDS infection.更多还原
