【摘要】 [目的]开展以高校校区为导向的基层医疗保健照顾(UCOPC),实现全体师生人人享有卫生保健目标。[方法]对2007级3979名新生进行了入学体检复查,并按USAOPC模式实施。[结果]在体检结果中有临床意义的531人次,占13.35%;筛出体检不合格和建议调系学习两类学生;对体检异常的学生提出不同的处理建议;取得较为理想的社会效益和经济效益。[结论]引进社区医学模式,加以改进,应用于实践,取得良好成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] UCOPC,which takes university campus as its base,is carried out in order to ensure health pro-tection for all teachers and college students.[Methods] 3 979 newly-enrolled students in 2007 received medical re-examination according to UCOPC model.[Results] 531 students,accounting for 13.35% of the total number of students,had clinic significance;two categories of students,namely,those who failed the medical examination and those who were recommended to go to other departments,were sieved out;medical suggestions were given to those who showed abnormal results in medical examination;fairly good economic effects and social effects were achieved.[Conclusion] Community medicine,after having been improved,can be introduced into universities and good effects can be achieved.更多还原
