【摘要】 以往对恶性肿瘤治疗疗效的评价主要以治愈率、生存率和生存时间为观察指标,近年来生命质量(quality oflife,QOL)的研究倍受关注,能够较全面地反映肿瘤患者的切身感受及体能恢复状况,被广泛应用于癌症、慢性病的疗效评价。本文针对肿瘤患者QOL的测量及其临床应用价值进行综述。QOL评价有助于临床选择更为适宜的治疗方案,应将QOL评价列为常规的观察指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality of life(QOL)of cancer patients has been emphasized during the past decade.QOL assessment is suggested for use as an outcome measure in the treatment of cancer in addition to traditional endpoints such as cure rate and sur-vival time.In this review,we summarize the measurement and the clinical application of QOL in cancer patients.The assess-ment of QOL contributes to choosing the most suitable strategy in tumor treatment,so QOL assessment should become one of the routine observations of clinical practice.更多还原
