硅、不同钙盐、锌盐对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化作用的影响
STUDIES ON EFFECTS OF SILICON,DIFFERENT COMPOUND OF CALCIUM AND ZINC ON LIPID PEROXIDE OF THE RAT LIVER
【摘要】 [目的]探讨硅、不同钙盐、锌盐对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化作用的影响。[方法]模拟人体硅、钙、锌的浓度,配制一系列浓度,运用体外TBA比色法检测MDA的含量。[结果]硅在(1.67~10.0)mmol/L浓度范围内有显著抑制,不同的钙盐对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化作用的影响基本一致,都在浓度范围(0.67~3.33)mmol/L内有显著抑制率,不同的锌盐在0.02~1.00mmol/L范围时对大鼠肝脏LPO有显著的抑制作用。[结论]硅对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化作用有不同程度的影响,不同的钙盐、锌盐对脂质过氧化作用的影响一致,表明阴离子的影响不大,主要是导致了溶解度和吸收度的不同。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the effect of Silicon,different compound of Calcium and Zinc on livers lipid peroxi-dation of rat.[Methods] A series of silicon,calcium and zincoid contents were prepared by simulating the contents of these el-ements in human body.The content of Malonaldehyde(MDA)was detected by the method of thiobarbituric acid(TBA).[Re-sults] It showed that the Silicon had significantly inhibition at the doses of 1.67 to 10.0 mmol /lL,and different zinc salt at the range of 0.02 mmol /L to 1.00mmol /L had significantly inhibition to the LPO of the rat livers.[Conclusion] Silicon can influ-ence the lipid of rat liver to peroxidize,and different compound of silicon,calcium and zinc had the same effect of lipid peroxi-dation.It showed that the little effect of the anion,which lead to the difference of solubility and absorption.
