【摘要】 [目的]了解医学生网络成瘾现状及影响因素,为合理利用互联网,防止学生网络成瘾的发生提供理论依据。[方法]采用现况调查的方法,对某医学院学生进行分层整群抽样,使用《网络成瘾诊断量表》调查研究对象的网络成瘾情况,使用自行设计的《网络使用情况调查表》调查网络成瘾的可能影响因素,计算网络成瘾率,采用多因素logistic回归分析网络成瘾的影响因素。[结果]该医学院校学生网络成瘾率为8.20%,网络成瘾与性别、网络吸引、上网目的、上网地点、家庭是否民主等有关。[结论]在医学生中网络成瘾率较高,网络成瘾的影响因素复杂多样,有必要针对网络成瘾的主要影响因素采取措施以降低医学生网络成瘾的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the current status and influencing factors of internet addiction disease in medical students,and provide theoretic basis for reasonable using of internet,and preventing the internet addiction disease in medical students.[Methods] The medical students were recruited by stratified cluster sampling and cross-sectional investigation done,and investigated status of internet addiction disease with measuring scale of internet addiction disease to calculated the addiction rate of computation network,and the influencing factors of internet addiction disease were analyzed by multiple regression analy-sis.[Results] The prevalence rate of internet addiction disease in medical students of North Coal Medical College was 8.20%.Internet addiction disease was associated with sex,the factor of internet attraction,the arm of being online and the online loca-tion as well as the whether democracy in family or not.[Conclusion] The rate of internet addiction disease showed to be high in medical students,which had many influencing factors.It is necessary to take measures for influencing factors of internet ad-diction disease to decrease the incidence of internet addiction disease.更多还原
