HLA-DR、DQ基因与慢性乙型肝炎相关性研究进展
REVIEW OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HLA-DR, DQ GENES AND CHRONIC HEP- ATITIS B
【摘要】 乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染后的疾病转归,很大程度上取决于机体的遗传易感性。人类白细胞抗原(HLA)是首个发现与疾病有明确关联的遗传系统,某些特殊的HLA基因可能影响着HBV感染的慢性化和免疫反应的强弱。近年来分子生物学的发展为HLA等位基因的分型提供了更为直接和精确的技术平台。本文就HLA-DR、DQ等位基因多态性与慢性乙型肝炎之间关系的研究进展作一综述。
【Abstract】 Prognosis of hepatitis B infection largely depends on the genetic susceptibility of individuals. Human leucocyte antigen(HLA) is the first genetic system found to be definitely associated with human diseases. Some specific HLA gene might play an important role in the chronicity and immune response of HBV infection. In the past few years, the development of molecular biology has provided more direct and precise technique for the genotyping of HLA alleles. We aim to review the relationship between polymorphism of HLA-DR, DQ genes and chronic hepatitis B.
