【摘要】 目的探讨儿童抗癫痫药高敏综合征(antiepileptic drug hypersensitivity syndrome,AHS)的临床特点。方法通过对3例AHS临床资料回顾及复习国内外文献,总结AHS的临床特点。结果AHS患儿均有发热、皮疹及内脏损害,有的患儿的皮疹表现为中毒性表皮松解症。结论确诊AHS后立即停用致敏抗癫痫药及应用糖皮质激素和丙种球蛋白是治疗的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical characteristics of antiepileptic drug hypersensitive syndrome(AHS) of children.METHODSTo report 3 cases of AHS and review literature.RESULTSAHS is characterized by fever,skin rashes and involvement of the internal organs.Stevens-Johson syndrome(SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN) were observed in some patients.CONCLUSIONIt is important to make a correct diagnosis,stop hypersensitive antiepileptic drugs,and give treatment with corticosteroids and intravenous immune globulin.更多还原
