信息化时代高校教师素质培养机制剖析

【摘要】 本文根据信息化时代高校教师面临的新形势,从大学的教学模式、教师的教育理念以及教师分析和利用信息的能力等角度出发,论述了信息化时代高校教师存在的问题,分析了提高教师素质以适应时代变化的必要性,提出了重视培养教师的信息素质、完善教师培训制度、建立教师基本素质评价标准等方案,为建立一套行之有效的高校教师素质培养机制进行了一系列的研究探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the new situation of teachers in universities during the information age,this paper discusses the questions which exist in universities’teachers from the pattern of teaching in universities、the educational philosophy of teachers and the ability of anglicizing and using of information,analyses the necessity to improve the quality of teachers in order to adapt to the changes of the times,suggests the ways to improve the training system and the evaluation criteria for quality of teachers,and researches how to establish an effective mechanism for improving quality of teachers in universities.更多还原
