【摘要】 目的研究抑癌基因PTEN和COX-2在病理性瘢痕中的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测正常皮肤24例、扁平瘢痕20例、增生性瘢痕32例和瘢痕疙瘩16例组织中PTEN、COX-2蛋白的表达。结果病理性瘢痕(瘢痕疙瘩、增生性瘢痕)组织中PTEN蛋白表达显著低于正常皮肤、扁平瘢痕(P<0.05),而COX-2蛋白表达显著高于正常皮肤、扁平瘢痕(P<0.05);4类组织中PTEN蛋白和COX-2蛋白呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论COX-2及PTEN是病理性瘢痕发生发展中重要的调控因子,两者呈负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and relationship between PTEN and COX-2 in pathological scars.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was performed to detect the expression and distribution of PTEN and COX-2 in hypertrophic scars(32 cases),keloids(16 cases),normal scars(20 cases) and normal skins(24 cases).Results The expression levels of PTEN were significantly lower in keloids and hypertrophic scars than in normal scars and normal skins(P<0.05).The expression levels of COX-2 were significantly higher in keloids and hypertrophic scars than in normal scars and normal skins(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between PTEN and COX-2 in all the four tissues.Conclusion PTEN and COX-2 play important roles in the pathogenesis of pathological scar with a negative correlation.更多还原
