【Abstract】 The competence of knowledge transfer(KM)should become one of the library’s critical competence.This paper considered that the KM methods of traditional library were informatization-networked paradigm based on encoding,which defects were attaching no weight to tacit knowledge.And a new strategy is suggested to construct new library’s KM mode based on socialization-networked paradigm by use web2.0 technology to improve its tacit KM competence.更多还原
