加压式棉棒在静脉输液患者中的应用效果探讨

【摘要】 目的调查加压式棉棒在静脉输液中的应用效果。方法选择在本院门诊输液室及各病区进行静脉输液2次以上的患者520例,于第1次输液和第2次输液拔针后分别采用传统的指压棉签法和加压式棉棒按压法按压止血。观察两种按压方法的按压止血效果、患者局部皮肤情况,并比较患者对两种按压方法的满意度。结果患者使用加压式棉棒按压后的按压止血效果优于指压棉签法,患者的按压时间长于指压棉签法,且对该按压方式的满意度高于传统的指压棉签法(均P<0.05)。结论采用加压式棉棒对输液后患者进行局部按压,既有助于保证按压止血效果,又有助于提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of pressing cotton clubs in intravenous transfusion.Methods A total of 520 patients undergoing transfusion more than twice involved in this study.Hemostasis was done by pressing cotton swab using fingers for the first time and by pressing cotton club for the second time.The hemostasis effects of the two methods,the dermal condition and the satisfaction degree were compared between the two hemostasis methods.Results Pressing cotton club was superior to finger pressing as far as the patients′ pressing effect and pressing time.The satisfaction degree with pressing cotton club was higher than that with finger pressing(P < 0.05).Conclusion Pressing cotton club used for local pressing after transfusion can not only ensure the pressing effect but also raise the satisfaction degree of the patients.更多还原
