原发性醛固酮增多症患者诊断试验的护理

【摘要】 目的探讨原发性醛固酮增多症患者相关诊断试验的护理措施及注意事项。方法2007年2月-2009年2月为128例患者实施卧立位试验和开搏通试验,以诊断原发性醛固酮增多症患者。结果128例患者均完成了两项试验,共诊断原发性醛固酮增多症56例。结论内分泌功能试验是明确原发性醛固酮增多症的主要诊断手段,细致的观察与护理、准确地进行试验流程是顺利完成试验数据采集的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing measures in making diagnostic tests for patients with primary aldosteronism. Method Nursing measures mainly included preparation for the lying and standing test and Captopril suppression test, operation process and dealing with special circumstances. Result All the 128 patients completed the two test, and 56 patients were diagnosed primary aldosteronism. Conclusions Endocrine function tests are the primary diagnosis measures of the primary aldosteronism. Close observation and care and accurate testing process are most important to successful data collection.更多还原
