肠内营养护理指引在危重患者中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨肠内营养护理指引在危重患者中的应用效果。方法将200例需进行肠内营养的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各100例,两组患者采用相同的营养素。实验组实施肠内营养护理指引进行肠内营养,对照组实施肠内营养常规护理。结果应用肠内营养护理指引前后,两组患者营养状况、发生血糖异常的情况、腹泻、腹胀和上消化道出血情况比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论应用肠内营养护理指引指导护士进行肠内营养对危重患者营养支持治疗是安全、有效的。它遵循个体化原则,适时评估,循序渐进地补充营养物质,从而保障营养供应,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protocol effect of enteral nutrition nursing on ICU patients.Methods Two hundred patients in ICU were randomly assigned to contrast group and experiment group as control,with 100 patients in each. Both groups were given the same of nutriment.Contrast group used the routine of nutriment,and experiment group used the protocol.Result After enteral nutrition nursing,there were significant differences in nutritional status,pathoglycemia,diarrhea,abdominal distention and upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe to use the enteral nutrition nursing protocol in ICU supporting the nutritional state of ICU patients.更多还原
