烧伤油Ⅰ号联合微波治疗重度宫颈糜烂的疗效观察及护理

【摘要】 目的探讨烧伤油Ⅰ号联合微波治疗重度宫颈糜烂的疗效及护理经验。方法将109例重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为实验组54例和对照组55例,对照组微波治疗创面即涂龙胆紫,实验组微波治疗后创面即敷予浸有烧伤油Ⅰ号药液的纱块。比较两组患者在治疗1个月和2个月后的治愈率和治愈时间。结果治疗组患者在治疗1个月和2个月后的治愈率优于对照组,治愈时间显著缩短(均P<0.05)。结论烧伤油Ⅰ号联合微波治疗重度宫颈糜烂疗效好。做好治疗前心理护理、治疗中的病情观察及注意操作事项和健康教育,对提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生,缩短疗程具有积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Shaoshangyou I combined with microwaves on severe cervical erosion and to summarize the nursing experience.Methods 109 patients with severe cervical erosion were randomly divided into treatment group(54 cases)and control group(55 cases).The cervical wound surfaces of patients in the control group were only treated with hexamethylpararosaniline after microwaves treatment,and those in treatment group treated with Shaoshangyou I after microwaves treatment.The recovery rate and recovery time were compared between the two groups after treating for 4 weeks and 8 weeks.Results The recovery rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05)at week 4 and 8,and the recovery time of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Shaoshangyou I combined with microwaves has good effect on cervical erosion,by decreasing complication and shortening treatment course.The nurse care of pre-treatment mental nursing,close observation of the erosion,and well-done health education all contribute to the reduction of complications and shortening of curative course.更多还原
