消毒供应室一体化管理在手术室器械处理中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨将手术器械纳入消毒供应室一体化管理的效果。方法2004年11月-2006年11月手术器械由手术室护士在手术室内清洗、消毒、包装再送往供应室消毒灭菌(设为对照组);2006年12月-2008年12月消毒供应室对手术室器械实施消毒、包装、灭菌、发放等一体化管理(设为观察组)。分别比较两种方法对手术器械清洗质量、器械包灭菌不合格率及手术医生对手术器械性能的满意度。结果手术器械清洗不合格率由一体化管理前的12.1%下降至一体化管理后的2.3%;器械包灭菌不合格率由10.0%下降到1.0%;手术医生对手术器械性能满意度由86.0%上升至98.0%,两组比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论消毒供应室实施一体化管理可有效提高手术器械使用质量,减少院内感染的发生率,同时可充分合理利用人力、物力,减少医院成本支出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of putting surgical instruments into integration management in sterilization and supply room. Methods From November 2004 to November 2006, the surgical instruments as controls were cleaned, sterilized and packed in the operation room and then delivered to the supply room for sterilization. From December 2006 to December 2008, the surgical instruments set as observation group were managed with integration of sterilization, packing, degermation and delivery. The cleaning quality of surgical instruments, the qualification rate of unit sterilization and the satisfaction rate of surgeons with the function of surgical instruments were compared between the two groups. Results After performance of integration management, the un-qualification rate of cleaning surgical instruments dropped from 12.1% to 2.3%, the un-qualification rate of unit sterilization dropped from 10.0% to 1.0% and the satisfaction rate of surgeons with the function of surgical instruments were raised from 86.0% and 98.0%. The comparisons between the groups showed statistical significances. Conclusion The integration management in sterilization and supply room can improve the quality of surgical instrument utilization, reduce incidence of hospital onset of infection, and lower the medical cost by reasonably using manpower and material resources.更多还原
