沟通卡在ICU暂时性丧失语言能力患者中的应用效果分析

【摘要】 目的探讨沟通卡在ICU暂时性丧失语言能力患者中的应用效果,以提高ICU的护理工作质量及服务满意度。方法将90例ICU暂时性丧失语言能力的患者随机分为研究组与对照组各45例,对照组采用常规方法进行语言沟通交流,研究组在对照组的基础上,配合沟通卡与患者进行沟通交流。结果研究组与对照组服务满意度比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,研究组优于对照组;大部分ICU护士对沟通卡在临床中的使用效果给予肯定,但在沟通卡的使用是否增加护理工作量这一问题有较大的分歧。结论在ICU采用沟通卡与暂时性丧失语言能力的患者进行沟通交流,能提高医护人员与患者的沟通效果,从而达到满足患者身心健康需要,提高护理工作质量和服务满意度的目的。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of communication cards on temporary loss of speaking ability in ICU patients. Methods 90 ICU patients with temporary loss of speaking ability were randomly divided into the observation group and control group in equal number. In the control group the communication was conducted through routine method, while in the observation group the communication cards were used. Results The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly larger than that of the control group (P < 0.05). A majority of ICU nurses expressed their positive attitude to clinical effects of communication cards. However, there was different opinion on whether the cards had increased the nursing workload. Conclusions Utility of communication cards in ICU can effectively enhance the effect of communication between healthcare workers and patients with temporary loss of speaking ability. It can meet the patients’ needs for physical and mental health, and improve the quality of nursing care and the service satisfaction.
