【摘要】 目的探讨宫颈癌患者Ⅲ型子宫切除术后近期并发症的发生原因及护理方法。方法回顾性分析62例Ⅰb～Ⅱb期宫颈癌患者行Ⅲ型全子宫切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术后并发症的情况及原因,并总结护理措施。结果62例患者术程顺利,术后安返病房。术后发生尿潴留11例,发生率为17.7%;淋巴囊肿9例,发生率为14.5%;泌尿系统感染2例,发生率为3.2%。各种并发症经及时恰当的治疗和护理后均治愈。结论及早发现并处理并发症,同时进行有针对性的护理,是促进患者术后恢复的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the acute complications in patients after type Ⅲ hysterectomy for cervical cancer and sum up the appropriate nursing strategies. Method The complications and nursing intervention of 62 patients with cervical cancer staging Ⅰb-Ⅱb who underwent type Ⅲ hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection were retrospectively analyzed. Result The operation for all patients was accomplished successfully. For the post-operative complications, 11 cases (17.7%) had urinary retention, 9 cases (14.5%) had lymphatic cyst, 2 cases (3.2%) had urinary tract infection, and all the complications were managed well after appropriate treatment and nursing. Conclusion Early discovery, appropriate treatment of the complication, and the right nursing strategies are important elements for recovery of patients.更多还原
