【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role the head nurse plays in nurses’ career planning.Method The role that the head nurse plays in nurses’ career planning and the tasks in different stage of planning management were analyzed.Results The head nurse is one of the most suitable persons to advise,enforce and evaluate nurses’ career planning.Conclusion When the head nurse can assist and help nurses to make career planning,the nursing personnel can be optimized and the ability of nurses can be improved,which has important significance in the development of nursing profession.更多还原
