规范退院管理流程在防范医患纠纷中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨规范退院管理流程在防范医患纠纷中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2006～2008年本院住院病人退院情况,并于2007年开始实施新的退院管理办法,比较实施规范退院管理流程前后在退院过程中医患纠纷发生情况。结果规范退院管理流程后,病人退院呈逐年下降趋势;规范退院管理流程前后在退院过程中医患纠纷发生率分别为1.4%和0.1%,经统计学分析,χ2=10.70,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论规范退院管理流程不仅维护了病人的权益,防止了延误病人的治疗,而且也减少了医患纠纷的发生和保障了医护人员的安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of standardized management of patients’ withdrawal from hospital in the prevention of doctor-patient disputes.Methods Data of patients’ withdrawal from hospital from 2006 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.The new management of patients’ withdrawal from hospital implemented in 2007 and the old one implemented in 2006 were compared.Results Since the new management was adopted,patients’ withdrawal from hospital decreased year by year.The incidence rate of doctor-patient dispute before and after the implementation of the new management was 1.4% and 0.1%,respectively,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The standardized management of patients’ withdrawal from hospital helped safeguard patients’ rights,prevent delays in patient treatment,reduce the occurrence of a patient disputes and protect the safety of health care workers.更多还原
