以护生为主体的护理查房在临床教学中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨以护生为主体的护理查房在临床教学中的应用方法和效果。方法选择2007年5月～2008年4月在本院实习的大专护生84人为实验组,采用以护生为主体的护理查房法;以2006年5月～2007年4月在本院实习的大专护生88人为对照组,采用传统的以带教老师讲解为主的护理查房法。比较两组护生对护理查房效果的评价情况。结果两组护生对护理查房效果的评价比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论以护生为主体的护理查房提高了护生的综合能力,使护生实现理论-实践-再理论-再实践学习过程的一个飞跃。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the method and result of the application of students-centered nursing ward-rounds.Methods Eighty-four nursing college students,who practiced students-centered nursing ward-rounds in our hospital from May 2007 to April 2008,were selected as the experiment group,and eighty-eight students,who practiced teacher-centered nursing ward-rounds from May 2006 to Aril 2007,were selected as the control group.The effectiveness of the two methods of nursing ward-rounds was compared.Results Significance difference was found between the comparative assessment of two groups’ effectiveness in nursing ward-rounds(P < 0.05).The effectiveness in nursing ward-rounds of the experiment group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion The application of students-centered nursing ward-rounds boosted the nursing students’ comprehensive quality,and made a great leap during the recycling process from theory to practice.更多还原
