【摘要】 目的了解离退休干部住院患者的护理需求。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对100例离退休干部住院患者进行问卷调查。结果离退休干部住院患者对护理需求依次为要求护理人员操作技能熟练,提供疾病相关知识,提供整洁、安静、方便的住院环境,得到护理人员的热心照顾、关爱,得到旧同事的关爱,护理人员及时解答询问并提供护理帮助,告知每次治疗、护理操作的目的、意义、注意事项,了解原单位工作动态,护理人员对患者称呼恰当,进行治疗、护理操作时注意遮掩。结论离退休干部患者护理需求较广泛,护理工作需根据患者的需求主动提供相应的护理措施,以提高患者满意度及护理服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing needs of retired cadre inpatients.Method A questionnaire was used to investigate among 100 retired cadre inpatients.Results The nursing needs of retired cadre inpatients were as follows in order:skillful operation of nursing personnel,the disease-related knowledge,providing neat,tranquil and convenient environment,special attendance from the nursing personnel and former colleagues,timely explanations and inquiries from nurses,information on the purpose and importance of treatment and nursing manipulations,understanding of situations at former units,a proper calling to them,covering during manipulations of treatment and nursing.Conclusions The nursing needs of retired cadre inpatients are diversified.The nursing work shall be performed upon the patients’ needs to improve the satisfaction of patients and the quality of nursing service.更多还原
