【摘要】 目的探讨访问护理对社区精神分裂症患者康复的作用。方法将80例社区精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,2组均实施康复服务,干预组在此基础上再进行访问护理1年。采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、大体评定量表(GAS)和自行设计的患者病情调查表对2组患者BPRS评分、GAS评分、患者服药依从性和疾病复发率进行测评。结果访问护理6个月和12个月后,BPRS评分、GAS评分、患者服药依从性和疾病复发率,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论访问护理可以缓解患者精神症状,提高患者服药依从性,减少疾病复发,并能提高患者社会功能,对社区精神分裂症患者康复有积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the rehabilitation effect of nursing visitation to the schizophrene in community. Methods Eighty schizophrenics in community were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in the intervention group and 40 in the control group. The two groups received the same rehabilitation services. In addition, nursing visitation was arranged for the intervention group for one year. Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS), Global Assessment Scale (GAS) and self-designed questionnaire were adopted to evaluate the patients’ medication compliance and disease recurrence rate in the two groups. Result After 6 months and 12 months of nursing visitation in intervention group, statistical analysis showed that BPRS, GAS, the patients’ medication compliance and disease recurrence rate were found to be significantly different (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing visitation helps to relieve patients’ mental symptoms, to increase the medication compliance and to reeduce disease recrudescence, and also helps patients to improve the participation in community.更多还原
