【摘要】 目的:评价钴铬合金烤瓷联冠式固定夹板修复治疗牙周病患者的临床效果。方法:为14例成人慢性牙周炎患者制作了17件钴铬合金烤瓷固定夹板,分别于修复后即刻,3,6,12个月对基牙的菌斑控制指数、探诊后出血指数、牙周袋探诊深度、临床附着水平、固定夹板的松动度、牙槽骨支持指数进行测量,并采用美国加利福尼亚牙科协会评价标准,对修复体进行主观评价。结果:固定夹板修复治疗后不同观察时间的临床检查指标差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。在随访时间内,患者对17件钴铬合金烤瓷固定夹板修复体的满意率为92.9%(13/14)。结论:钴铬合金烤瓷固定夹板的近期修复效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the results of combined porcelain fused to Co-Cr metal crowns splint treatment for chronic periodontal disease. METHODS: A total of 14 patients were restored with 17 combined porcelain fused to Co-Cr metal crowns fixed splintings. Immediately, and 3, 6, 12 months after the restoration, the periodontal conditions were evaluated by plaque control record, bleeding on probing, periodontal probing depth, clinical attachment loss, mobility of fixed partial denture and bone support. The performance of the patients was evaluated according to California Dental Association criteria, USA. RESULTS: There were no significant differences in the clinical indexes (P > 0.05). The satisfactory rate of the fixed splinting was 92.9% (13/14). CONCLUSION: The short-term clinical behavior of combined porcelain fused to Co-Cr metal crowns fixed splintings is encouraging.更多还原
