【摘要】 随着分子生物学的发展,对胰岛素抵抗机制的认识也在逐渐深入,同时也促进了运动影响胰岛素抵抗的机制研究,文章主要就脂肪酸分解对于胰岛素敏感性的调节作用,运动对于肥胖个体胰岛素敏感性作用,以及运动诱导的肌肉细胞内脂肪酸分解的改变对于胰岛素敏感性的作用等进行探讨,以其为糖尿病和胰岛素抵抗患者的运动处方干预提供理论依据和参考。更多还原
