生物电阻抗测量电极的阻抗特性

【摘要】 生物电阻抗测量是一种利用生物组织与器官的电特性及其变化规律提取与人体生理、病理状况相关信息的检测技术,具有无创、无害,廉价、操作简单和功能信息丰富等特点。生物电阻抗测量电极以生物组织的阻抗或阻抗变化为目标,并承受长时间交流信号激励,其交、直流阻抗及其稳定性至关重要,特别是交流阻抗值及其变化十分重要。文章对不同生产厂家的4种一次性银/氯化银心电图电极的交、直流阻抗性能及其变化情况进行观察分析,发现不同电极的交、直流阻抗值及其稳定性相差很大。电极在长时间交流激励后,其正、反向直流电阻值相差很大,提示在交流阻抗测量期间,被测电极的直流电阻性质发生了很大的变化。

【Abstract】 The bio-electrical impedance measurement is a kind of measure technique. It can extract information about human physiological and pathological situation using the electrical characteristics and variation of the biological tissues and organs. It has the advantages of being non-invasive, portable, economical, simple to operate and plentiful functional information etc. The object of bio-electrical impedance measurement is the impedance or impedance changes of biologic tissue. The electrode used in bio-electrical impedance measurement works under alternating current (AC) stimulation, so the stability of electrode impedances of both direct current (DC) and AC is important, in particular the value and changes of AC impedance. This paper analyzed the AC and DC impedance properties of four kinds of one-off Ag/AgCl ECG electrodes produced by different manufactories. The AC and DC impedance and the variability of different kinds of electrode are different significantly. After stimulated for a long time by AC, the electrode resistance value between positive direction and negative direction have a notable difference. It suggests that the DC resistance character of the measured electrode changes greatly when the electrode used in impedance measurement.
