大功率风力发电机斜齿轮的接触分析
Analysis of Helical Gear Contact High-power Wind Turbine
【摘要】 运用UG软件建立渐开线斜齿轮的精确模型,对大功率风力发电机行星齿轮箱内部某对行星轮和太阳轮进行装配生成啮合模型,通过数据交换接口,把啮合模型导入ANSYS中,通过斜齿轮的接触非线性分析求解计算,说明了有限元方法在齿轮接触单元问题上的有效性。
【Abstract】 By use of the UG Software to establish involutes helical gear precise model of a high-power wind turbine using planetary gearbox,it can be assembling the planet and the sun wheel and the gear mesh model can be generated.Using the data exchange interface,the mesh model can be put into ANSYS.Solving the nonlinear contact calculation about the helical gear shows that the finite element in gear on the issue of the contact element is effective.
