【摘要】 目的观察参归软肝胶囊(SGR)对脾虚小鼠耐力及应激能力的影响。方法对脾虚小鼠连续灌服14 d参归软肝胶囊,通过耐常压缺氧试验和常温游泳试验,测定SGR对脾虚小鼠对疲劳的耐力及应激能力。结果SGR可明显延长小鼠的游泳时间及耐缺氧时间。结论SGR能改善动物的脾虚状态,提高其疲劳的耐受力及抗应激反应能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the effects of Shenguirangan(SGR) capsule on endurance and stress ability of spleen-deficient mice.Methods The spleen-deficient mice were treated continuously with SGR intragastric administration for 14 days,then the anoxia test in the natural atmospheric pressure and normal temperature swimming test were used to detect the effects of SGR on the mice endurance and stress ability.Results SGR capsule could obviously increase the swimming time and hypoxia tolerance time in mice.Conclusion SGR capsule could improve the spleen-deficient conditions of the animal,improve their tolerance ability to fatigue and the anti-stress reaction ability.更多还原
