【摘要】 目的研究近视眼角膜前表面特征与像差的关系。方法采用波前像差仪对85例(168眼)近视眼患者波前像差进行评估。分别将主觉验光球镜度数、柱镜度数、角膜平均曲率、角膜散光、非球面系数(Q值)与综合像差、x轴彗差、y轴彗差、球差进行相关分析。结果自然瞳孔下,角膜散光与综合像差、球差正相关(r1=0.3431,P<0.01;r2=0.171 2,P<0.05);非球面系数(Q值)与综合像差、x轴彗差、y轴彗差、球差等没有明显的相关性。结论散光与像差密切相关。正常范围内的Q值不增加像差,有必要在准分子激光切削角膜中增加周边的补偿能量,以维持角膜的生理形态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to investigate the relationship between surface characteristics of cornea and aberrations in myopia.Methods The wave front aberrations of 86 cases(165 eyes) with myopia astigmatism were measured by use a sensitive aberrometer.The related analysis of subjective refraction spherical lens,cylindric lens,average corneal curvature,corneal astigmatism,asphericity distribution(Q value) with total RMS values,x-axial coma aberrations,y-axial coma aberrations,spherical aberrations were made respectively.Results There were obviously positive correlations between corneal astigmatism and total RMS values,spherical aberrations(r1=0.343 1,P<0.01;r2=0.171 2,P<0.05).There were no obviously correlations between asphericity distribution(Q value) and total RMS values,x-axial coma aberrations,y-axial coma aberrations,spherical aberrations.Conclusion Astigmatism and aberrations has close relation.In the normal scope, Q value does not increase aberrations.It is necessary to add compensable excimer laser ablation in periphery,so as to maintain corneal physiology appearance.更多还原
