【摘要】 目的根据2007年WHO中枢神经系统肿瘤分类标准,对中枢神经系统肿瘤患者的临床资料进行统计分析,以为学术交流提供可资参考的数据。方法应用2007年WHO中枢神经系统肿瘤分类标准,对1988年7月-2008年6月经病理明确诊断的5540例中枢神经系统肿瘤患者的性别、年龄及肿瘤类型、级别进行分析,并与相关文献进行比较。结果神经上皮组织肿瘤2205例,占39.80%;脑神经和脊旁神经肿瘤361例,占6.52%;脑膜肿瘤2105例,占38.00%;淋巴和造血组织肿瘤91例,占1.64%;生殖细胞肿瘤86例,占1.55%;蝶鞍区肿瘤(颅咽管瘤)250例,占4.51%;转移性肿瘤442例,占7.98%;儿童中枢神经系统肿瘤449例,占8.10%。结论2007年WHO中枢神经系统肿瘤分类标准对统一中枢神经系统肿瘤的命名与分类、了解不同地区肿瘤分布特征、进行流行病学调查及学术交流十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To perform a statistic analysis of central nervous system(CNS) tumors with the 2007 World Heath Organization(WHO) Classification of Tumors of CNS,to provide reference materials for a-cademic exchanges.Methods The 2007 WHO Classification of Tumors of CNS was used to analyse the gender,age and classification of 5540 selected cases with CNS tumors confirmed by operation and pathological examination in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from July 1988 to June 2008.Related literatures were reviewed for comparison.Results Among 5540 cases,2205 cases(39.80%) were neuroepithelial tissue tumors,361 cases(6.52%) were cranial and paraspinal nerve tumors,2105 cases(38.00%) were meninges tumors,91 cases(1.64%) were lymphomas and haematopoietic neoplasms,86 cases(1.55%) were germ cell tumors,250 cases(4.51%) were sellar region tumors(craniopharyngioma),and 442 cases(7.98%) were metastatic tumors.Four hundred and forty-nine cases(8.10%) were children with CNS tumors.Conclusion The 2007 WHO Classifi-cation of Tumors of CNS is very useful to unify the denomination and classification of CNS tumors,and to know their distributional characteristics in different districts.It is essential for investigation study and aca-demic exchanges.更多还原
