磷酸法桃壳活性炭的研制
Development of actived carbon from peach shell by phosphoric acid process
【摘要】 以石家庄桃壳为原料,以H3PO4为活化剂制备出可用于柠檬酸、味精、乳酸、木糖等产品生产脱色用的活性炭。研究了浸渍时间、液固比、H3PO4浓度、反应活化时间和温度对产品收率、亚甲基蓝脱色力和焦糖脱色力的影响。以室温下(25℃)浸渍3 d、液固质量比为2.5∶1、H3PO4质量分数为65%、活化温度和时间分别为550℃和1 h条件下制备的活性炭收率、亚甲基蓝脱色力和焦糖脱色力分别为46%1、3 mL和100%。
【Abstract】 The active carbon was preparated from peach shell produced in Shijiazhuang by phosphoric acid process,which is widely used in a variety of areas,such as citric,monosodium glutamate,lactic acid,xylose,etc..The effects of impregnation time,ratio of liquid to solid,H3PO4 concentration,activation time and temperature on the properities of the product such as the product yield,methylene blue decolorization and the caramel decolorization were tested.Under the conditions of impregnating the peach shell with 65% H3PO4 at 25℃ for 3 days,the liquid-solid ratio of 2.5,and activation at 550℃ for 1 h,the product yield,methylene blue decolorization and the caramel decolorization were 46%,13 mL and 100%,respectively.
