一氧化氮合成酶抑制剂L-NAME对妊娠大鼠心血管自主神经调节的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究慢性一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)抑制剂对妊娠大鼠心率变异性(HRV)、血压变异性(BPV)和压力反射敏感性(BRS)的影响。方法:测定清醒、自由活动状态下一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)抑制妊娠SD大鼠和妊娠对照SD大鼠的HRV、BPV和自发性BRS;静脉注射去氧肾上腺素(5μg/kg)测定压力反射对心率的控制功能(BRSHR)。结果:NOS受抑制的妊娠大鼠与对照组相比,HRV低频成分降低(P<0.05),总的BPV及BPV的极低频成分增加(P<0.05),自发性BRS及BRSHR均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:NO缺乏引起的心血管自主神经调节的变化是引起妊娠大鼠血压升高的原因之一。

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the effect of chronic nitric oxide synthase inhibition on cardiovascular autonomic control in pregnant SD rat.Method:Blood pressure,heart rate and their variabilities were measured in conscious,unstrained rats,pregnant rats and chronic N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester(L-NAME) treated pregnant rats.BRS of heart rate control(BRSHR) was measured by using a bolus intravenous injection of phenylephrine(5μg/kg).Results:LF of HRV as well as spontaneous BRS and BRSHR attenuated(P<0.05),total BPV and VLF of BPV augmented(P<0.05) in L-NAME pregnant rats compared with controls.Conclusion:Changed autonomic regulation by nitric oxide deficiency,at least in part,is the etiological factor of hypertension in pregnant rat.
