抽汽回热式有机工质发电系统的热力特性分析

【摘要】 研究了低温余热驱动的抽汽回热式有机工质朗肯循环(Organic Rankine Cycle,ORC)发电系统的性能。首先介绍了有机物朗肯循环工质的选择要求和相关性质,然后以4种环保型有机工质R123、R245fa、R600a和R134a为例,通过改变系统的特征参数如透平入口压力和温度,将抽汽回热式和普通有机工质朗肯循环进行了热力特性分析与对比。指出抽汽回热式有机工质朗肯循环系统产生的不可逆损失更少、热效率更高。

【Abstract】 The performances of power generation system are investigated based on the regenerative extraction Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC) driven by low temperature exhaust.The related properties and requirements of working fluids utilized in the organic rankine cycle systems are introduced.Four environmental organic fluids R123,R245fa,R600a and R134a are used as cases,and thermodynamics analysis and comparison of regenerative ORC system and common ORC system are conducted by changing properties,such as turbine inlet temperature and pressure.The conclusion is that the regenerative extraction ORC system has lower irreversible loss and higher thermal efficiency.
