分布式可再生能源发电公共信息模型扩展研究
Research on Common Information Model Expansion for Distributed Renewable Energy
【摘要】 分布式发电与大电网并网运行的方式被认为是未来电网的发展方向,为在传统配网的管理系统中增加相应的分布式电源管理和控制功能,对分布式发电系统的公共信息模型扩展进行研究。首先讨论以风力发电和光伏发电为主的分布式可再生能源发电系统特点和管理需求,对风力发电和光伏发电系统进行实体分析,然后遵照国际电工技术委员会颁布的IEC 61970标准中电力系统公共信息模型,提出风力发电和光伏发电的模型扩展,并使用统一建模语言描述扩展类及其具体属性。该模型扩展已应用于微电网实验室中央管理系统的开发设计,可为未来可能出现的含可再生发电单元的分布式发电与大电网DMS系统集成问题提供参考。
【Abstract】 The future power grid is expected to run with the traditional distribution and the distributed generation together.Due to the impact of DG on the operation and control of the modern power system,especially adding distributed generation to the traditional distribution network,the DMS systems of the traditional distribution network need to supple-ment the corresponding management and control functions to the distributed generation.The characteristics and management requirements of the distributed renewable generation system are mainly studied with wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation,through entities analysis by taking the wind power and the photovoltaic power generation as examples.Model expansion of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation is suggested,and the expansion class properties are described with Unified Modeling Language which are accordance with power system Common Information Model in IEC61970 Standards promulgated by the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC).These models provide reference solution to issues of the distributed generation with renewable power generation units integrating with the DMS of large power grids.These models have been used in the development of the Micro Grid Laboratory Central Management System.
