基于红外感应技术电暖器的应用设计与试验

【摘要】 人体红外感应技术已成功运用到防盗报警、灯光控制、卫厨设备等方面,但在电暖器具方面的应用还是空白。为杜绝普通电暖器引发火灾事故和避免电能浪费,将人体感应、自动延时、断电自锁等技术和方法应用到电暖器上,设计制作了具有多重保护功能的电暖器。通过对PIR管安装位置、温度、取暖人数、延时时长等因素进行试验,结果表明,红外感应技术应用到电暖器上有明显的保安节电效果,具有实际推广应用的价值。

【Abstract】 Human infrared induction technology has not yet been used in electric heating appliances,although has been successfully applied to anti-theft alarm,lighting control,kitchen equipments,etc..In order to prevent fire disaster caused by general heaters and avoid wasting energy,a multi-protection heater is designed based on the techniques and methods of body induction,automatic delay,power self-locking etc.Tested on the factors including the placement of PIR tube,temperature,the number of heating people,delay duration The results show that the infrared induction technology used on the heater has obvious security and energy-saving effects and it is valuable for practical application.
