【摘要】 针对我国各地农村交通项目绩效评价开展需要,提出基于GIS的农村交通项目绩效评价系统架构,讨论绩效评价模块、绩效项目管理模块等功能设计与软件实现技术,利用Visual Basic和MapBasic语言开发农村交通项目绩效评价系统。最后依托实际工程项目对系统进行测试和应用,实现提高绩效评价效率和水平及加强绩效项目管理的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In need of performance evaluation of rural traffic projects around our country,framework of system for perfor-mance evaluation of rural traffic projects based on GIS is presented.The function modules design and implement techniques are discussed in detail including moduling of the performance evaluation,moduling of the project management etc.The system is developed using Visual Basic and MapBasic.The system is also tested and applied based on a real project.The result shows that the system can improve the efficiency of performance evaluation of rural traffic projects and project management.更多还原
