一种新型断条光电自停装置的设计

【摘要】 对并条机的断条检测进行了研究,提出一种智能化的断条检测方案。应用微处理器直接产生38 kHz调制脉冲信号,红外遥控接收模组(IRM)作为接收器件,红外发射与接收采用单元化设计,总线连接,具有断条自停和堵条自停功能。微处理器作为智能控制单元,分析并处理IRM输出信号,实现了红外信号发射与接收的反馈应答,有效抑制了环境光和飞花干扰。应用动态光强控制技术,使接收器自动适用接收距离和接收角度的变化,提高了检测的稳定性和可靠性。

【Abstract】 Tambler of drawing frames is researched,a scheme of intelligent tambler of drawing frames is put forward.Ma-king microprocessors produce 38 kHz pulse modulation signals and use Infrared Remote Control Receive Module(IRM) as the receiving device,infrared transmit and receive has unification and bus connection designing.It has automatic stopping function when broken and stopped.As the intelligent control center,microprocessor can analyze IRM output signals.Infrared transmit and receive feedback is accomplished.Interfere of ambient light and flying velveteen is restrained.The application of dynamic light control technology can make the receiver adjust to the change of receive distance and angel automatically.Stability and reliability of detection is increased.
