基于C8051F920的太阳能金卤灯控制器设计
Design on MHD Lamp Controller of Solar Energy Based on C8051F920
【摘要】 设计一种利用C8051F920单片机的控制器,同时实现了用太阳能对蓄电池充电和金卤灯电子镇流器的功能。该控制器利用UBA2032驱动全桥电路,在金卤灯发生故障时具有自动关断的功能,同时具有过压、过流保护电路,可有效确保控制器的安全运行。该控制器避免了各单一功能装置、器件重叠设计所造成的浪费,简化和缩小了产品体积,并且安装维护简单,使用方便,使太阳能金卤灯的可靠性提高,应用成本大为降低。
【Abstract】 A controller using C8051F920 is introduced which achieves the function that charge storage battery with solar energy and MHD lamp electronic ballast at the same time.The controller uses UBA2032 to drive full bridge circuit and it can turn off automatically in case of occurring faults.Using over-current protection circuits and over-voltage protection circuits ensure the controller′s normal operation.The controller avoids waste caused by each single-function equipment and over-lapping design,simplifying and reducing the production′s volume.It also can be installed and maintained easily,which makes the appliance cost decrease greatly.
