基于光纤接口磁盘阵列的研究
Research of Disk Array Based on the FC Interface
【摘要】 为了增加存储器的效率和可靠性,提出一种新的磁盘阵列(SRAID),其特点是内部划分了逻辑卷和逻辑单元,实现了层次化的多级复合阵列结构。它与服务器的连接采用FC(光纤通道)接口,利用FCP-SCSI协议,将阵列内部的每个逻辑单元映射为服务器端的一个物理磁盘设备,从而实现了多阵列功能。研究表明,这种多层次、多阵列结构和普通的单阵列相比具有更好的容错性能,而且还能对不同重要等级的数据分类存储。
【Abstract】 In order to increase the efficiency and reliability of memory,a new disk array(SRAID) which is characterized by internal division of the logical volume and logical unit,to achieve the levels of the multi-level complex array structure.It connects to the server by FC interfaces,using FCP-SCSI agreement,an array of internal logic of each unit for the server-side mapping of a physical disk device in order to achieve the array multi-functional.Research shows that the multi-level,multi-array structure and the general array of single fault-tolerant,compared with better performance,also important for different levels of classified data storage.
