【摘要】 城市更新作为激发城市活力和建设环境友好型、资源节约型城市的主要途径已经受到规划界和学术界的广泛关注,而现有的规划编制体系缺乏对城市更新的系统关注。根据规划实践,本文作者分析新的城市更新规划形式——城市更新专项规划的重要作用,梳理与城市总体规划、近期建设规划、详细规划的内在联系,从宏观和微观两个层面对城市更新专项规划在城市规划编制体系的角色定位作出判断,并在文章最后,提出编制城市更新专项规划的几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the primary approach of activating urban vigor, building environmentfriendly and resourceeconomical society, urban renewal has brought our cause to the attention of planning and academe, but existing planning system seems not to care of urban renewal. Based on their planning practice, the authors analyze the effect of the new planning form the special plan of urban renewal, teases its relevant relation to general urban planning, short-term construction planning, detailed planning, as well as makes role orientation of the special planning of urban renewal from both macro and microcosmic perspectives, bring forward several proposals for establishment of the special planning.更多还原
