【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosing ovarian endometriotic cysts(OEC).Methods:To review and analysis the characteristics of sonograms of 62 ovary massin 54 cases of OEC,and compare with the result of post-op pathology.Result:Transvaginal ultrasonography is valuable in diagnosing OEC,and the accuracy was 90.3%.
