【摘要】 目的:探讨心理干预对糖尿病患者心理状态的影响;方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、调查208例住院糖尿病患者心理状态,平均分成两组:观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规治疗护理和简单的心理疏导,观察组在常规治疗护理的基础上实施心理干预,评估两组患者干预效果;结果:观察组SCL-90总分、阳性项目、躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、锯敌对等各因子得分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组和对照组有显著差异(P<0.05);结论:有效的心理干预可以明显改善糖尿病患者不良心理状态,提高其生活量。更多还原
