微波消解-AAS法测定中草药中的微量元素
Determination of Trace Elements in Chinese Herbal Medicine by Microwave Digestion-AAS
【摘要】 采用微波消解-AAS法测定了制作六味地黄丸的六种中草药中的十种微量元素,对微波消解试剂、消解条件及测定时的干扰情况进行了详细研究.以茯苓样品为例,测得回收率分别为:Zn 120.5%,Fe 106.8%,Mn 118.5%,Co 99.9%,Ni 95.5%,Cu 100.4%,Cr106.1%,Ca101.5%,Mg 90.5%和K120.0%.样品测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.17%~7.87%之间,测定方法快速、简便,结果准确可靠.
【Abstract】 The trace elements in six immue Chinese berbal medicine of Liuweidihuangwan are determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) after samples are prepared by microwave digestion.The microwave digestion reagents and the microwave digestion conditions are discussed in detail.The recovery of ten metal elements are as following: Zn 120.5%,Fe 106.8%,Mn 118.5%,Co 99.9%,Ni 95.5%,Cu 100.4%,Cr 106.1%,Ca 101.5%,Mg 90.5% and K 120.0%.Relative standard deviation(RSD) of determination results is between 0.17%~7.87%.This method is simple,accurate and stable.
