【Abstract】 The society of Liangshan Yi People under slavery was in absence of unified government organizations and judicial administrative organs.So the mediation of the disputes between people were mainly mediated by the respected community people in accordance with customary law.Such mediation has a deep mass base in Liangshan,so it’s very important to the social stability and unity.However,as it originated from slave society,there are also negative factors.We should hold on the principle of discarding its dregs,and choosing the best.We should actively guide it,and make it serves the building of harmonious and stable Liangshan.更多还原
